This updated beach house is a block from the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. The home also has a private heated pool and a new 6 seater golf cart. Other things to note
▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT – RENTER MUST SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
▪️PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to student groups.
***Reservations made under false pretenses will be deemed cancelled by Guest. Access to property will be terminated and, if stay has commenced, guest will be required to vacate the property immediately.
▪️NO SMOKING – If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.
▪️NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.
▪️NO PARTIES – Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Permitted Occupancy is 12. Exceeding 12 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.
▪️PARKING – Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.
Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.
▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN – We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️NO LATE CHECK-OUT – If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️COMMUNITY POOL – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
▪️SECURITY CAMERAS – Security cameras are actively recording the front of the home for compliance verification and the protection of the property. There are no cameras in the backyard/pool area or interior views.
▪️PETS We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 dogs (only if house trained and well behaved). Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to arrival and pets must be listed on the reservation. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. There is also a non-refundable$200 pet fee.
▪️NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the most perfect experience! The house is beautiful inside and out. They had extras of anything that we needed like towels, kitchen supplies, and a beach cart! Having the golf cart was especially nice for when we went out to the beach. The private pool was where we spent most of our time, very clean! The restaurants that were recommended were fabulous! 10/10 experience🤩

The accommodations were perfect! It was a bit chilly outside during our stay so it was great to have the option of the heated pool for our littles! They enjoyed using the pool floaties! Loved having the patio and grill available! Great family fun! The outdoor swing off of the master bedroom was a relaxing place to sit and the view was beautiful. Will definitely book again and recommend to others.

We recently stayed at Robert and Kourtney’s AirBNB and it was everything we hoped for our family vacation. They were responsive, helpful, the location was great, and the house was perfect! It was so clean, beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more). Our children really enjoyed the pool and it was so relaxing to hang in a calm atmosphere where all we heard was other children laughing and playing. We are picky, and happy to give these hosts five stars. When we come visit the area again, we would look to stay with these hosts first bc we know they do a wonderful job!!

Beautiful home with white sand beach access. Everything in the house was absolutely amazing including the pool, outdoor shower, patios, etc. such a lovely place to stay
