★Welcome to Sandcastle – Your home away from home located in the sought after community of Crystal Beach! Located in the heart of Destin, this charming 3 bedroom home is perfect for couples & families and is just a quick walk to our world famous beaches! The newly updated kitchen, plantation shutters, and coastal decor really set this home apart. The fully fenced backyard features a large covered deck and a fantastic 12×24 private heated pool with beautiful landscaping.

Bedroom #2- King bedroom with jack-n-jill bathroom with tub/shower combo and blackout curtains. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom #3 – Bunk room with 5 twin beds with jack-n-jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. (Sleeps 5)
All bedrooms have TV’s and ceiling fans.

SWIMMING POOL/BACKYARD:

▶︎Pool Heating: $200 Weekly/$40 Per Day
Please note that the pool can heat up to 90 degrees and will not be hot tub temperatures (which are 100+ degrees).
*Please advise at least 24 hours to arrival*
As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Backyard – The backyard is fully fenced with outdoor chairs & loungers. There is also an outdoor table, rockers and a BBQ grill.
▶︎Beach Gear – We provide extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach towels & beach toys.
▶︎For our little travelers, we provide a Pack-n-Play & High Chair.
▶︎PARKING:
Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 3 vehicles.
Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.
The Red Tape:
▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT – Renter must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours after booking. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
▪️PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
▪️NO SMOKING – If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.
▪️NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.
▪️NO PARTIES – Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Permitted Occupancy is 10. Exceeding 10 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.
▪️PARKING – Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 3 vehicles.

▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN – We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️NO LATE CHECK-OUT – If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️POOL – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
▪️SECURITY CAMERAS – Security cameras are actively recording the front entry of the home for compliance verification and the protection of the property. There are no cameras in the backyard/pool area or interior views.
▪️NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel, you are staying in our personal home. Please treat it with respect. We are always available via messaging through the platform.

Love this place! Just 2 blocks from the beach & having the wagon and beach chairs were a wonderful plus! The pool & back porch were so relaxing and beautiful! I want some of the rockers they have on the porch-perfect for morning coffee! The house was exactly as pictured & had all you need for a family! Everything was so clean & beautifully decorated but still so cozy-it felt like home ❤️. The kitchen was set up for large groups & had every kitchen tool you could want-loved the big table for cards & games! Tons of board games & books in the living room! Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is so peaceful & friendly but still a close walk to Camille’s at Crystal Beach for breakfast or lunch. Robert & Kourtney were so helpful & had many recommendations for restaurants & where to rent a boat plus had a binder with all the places to eat, shop & fun activities. Plan on booking this wonderful home again-it was just perfect as were Robert & Kourtney!
