The space
★The Magnolia is a newly constructed private studio style carriage house located in the highly desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood. Located in the heart of Destin, it’s the perfect spot – steps away from the beautiful beaches and within walking distance to several great shops and restaurants. Featuring an open floor plan, the bright and airy space comes with a king bed, full kitchen, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer. The private fenced yard features a private entrance with a BBQ grill, outdoor hot/cold shower and outdoor seating – perfect for couples or single travelers.
★The Magnolia is located above the detached garage and are completely separate units from the main house.
*We reside in the main house but you will always have your privacy! We understand you’re on vacation and we won’t impose on your stay!
LIVING AREA: 70 inch Smart TV with all the apps
BEDROOM: A plush & comfy king bed with blackout shades and curtains
KITCHEN: Full kitchen including fridge, oven & cooktop, dishwasher & microwave. There is also a Keurig and drip coffee maker.
BATHROOM: Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
LAUNDRY: Full size washer and dryer
OUTDOOR SPACE: Private fenced outdoor space with seating, hot/cold outdoor shower and a BBQ grill
BEACH GEAR: We provide 2 beach chairs, cooler and 2 beach towels for guests to use
PARKING: Parking for 1 vehicle only (Shared driveway with owners)
OCCUPANCY: Maximum 2 guests – If more than 2 guests, you will be asked to leave immediately per the City of Destin

Guest access
Shared driveway with the owners. Guests can park on the right side of the driveway. The carriage house is the entire second story above the detached garage with private entrance and outdoor space.
To Access the Carriage House, YOU WILL NEED TO WALK UP STAIRS – No Elevator Access.
Other things to note
The Red Tape:
RENTAL AGREEMENT – Renter must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours after booking – We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
MUST BE 25 YEARS or older to book
NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.
NO PARTIES! Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 2. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by local authorities – You will also be asked to leave per city regulations.
NO SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an increased cleaning fee.
NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT – We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!
NO REFUNDS: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
SECURITY CAMERAS – There is a security camera located on the front driveway

Everything was awesome! This is a perfect location for a girls getaway. We felt at home. Robert and Kourtney were responsive, flexible, and helpful. The bed was comfy and the decor was beautiful. If in Destin again, we will surely be back at their property.

We loved our stay at the Magnolia! It was peaceful, private, and so close to the beach you could taste the salt on the air! We loved the dreamy natural light, comfortable bed and couch, and kitchen stocked with everything we needed. It was a huge bonus to have like-new beach chairs, towels, floats, and a rolling cooler available for our use. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back soon!

i really don’t know where to start. this was such a beautiful stay! so neat and clean. very close to the beach. i’m never the type to write reviews, but this place really deserved it. anything you could possibly think of, was included. sunscreen, beach chairs and floats. the bed also felt like a cloud. the air condition worked great. we hope this airbnb is available next year when we return to destin. thank you you again for having us. i would highly recommend 😊

Our stay at this Air bnb was great! It was clean, private, and a great location. The beach is very close and easy to access! Homeowners were very responsive and reached out to ask if we needed anything. Would stay here again!
