The space
Welcome to Beach Resort 403! Located just steps away from the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach! Within close proximity to beach access and a large resort pool area – complete with hot tub, water fountain, and a shallow end for the kids to enjoy. Some of the amenities in this complex include seasonally heated pool (October-April), a washer/dryer in-unit, and a private balcony on the 4th floor with partial Gulf Views. This beautifully renovated condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, twin over twin bunk bed in the bunk room, and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room.

Beach Resort is a low-rise condo with only 64 units and has beautiful landscaping and walking paths. The condo is within walking distance to local restaurants such as Captain Dave’s, Kenny D’s and Pompano Joe’s. Located on the pedestrian-friendly Scenic 98, you can enjoy the day riding your bike, taking in the scenery, swimming in the award winning pool or relaxing out on the sugary sand beaches.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire condo. Guests have shared access to parking, pool, hot tub, pool dining, charcoal grills and private beach access. Private beach access includes beach chair service – 2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella (March-October).

HOUSE RULES:
Beach Resort 403 is located in Beach Resort Condominiums and requires at least one adult 25 or older to be present during stay.
Pets are not allowed.
This is a non-smoking property. We are pleased to provide all our guests a smoke-free environment. Beach Resort HOA prohibits smoking on balconies. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 6.
Quiet time is 10pm-9am, please be respectful of the neighbors.
Garbage must be placed in trash chutes located next to the elevators.
The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. Guests must observe pool/hot tub rules posted by the pool/hot tub entrances.
Beach Resort HOA prohibits hanging towels or clothing over balcony railings.
No fires or open flames of any kind including candles.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond control.
Late check-out or early check-in is only applicable with prior approval.

Don’t look at anything else just book this condo. It is clean, close to everything, short walk to the beach with your own paid for beach chairs and all the amenities you could need. The owners were very responsive and even checked on us during the stay. I will definitely be booking again.

Robert and Kourtney’s place was the perfect size and location for us. We had our 3 granddaughters who just loved the pool and quick walk to the beach.

This was such a convenient condo for our family of 5! It had everything we needed including close access to the private beach. The pool was great too.

We love coming to Miramar Beach and this place was perfect! It was clean and beautiful on the inside. The pool was amazing and the kids just loved how much space there was. Easy walk to the beach and restraunts. Robert and Kourtney were very nice and helpful during our stay with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Our second time at this condominium. And we absolutely love the location and pool. Driving on the scenic highway made us appreciate so much the secluded pool area. The view from the apartment was 10/10 we could sit on the sofa open the curtains and have a full perspective of the boats on the water. So peaceful. Perfect size for our family of 4.
Also would like to add having local cable was a plus. It’s always frustrating having to log into out personal streaming apps while traveling. If Florida is where we vacation next summer we will absolutely rebook in this specific unit.
