Other things to note
▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT – RENTER MUST SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.
▪️PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to student groups.
***Reservations made under false pretenses will be deemed cancelled by Guest. Access to property will be terminated and, if stay has commenced, guest will be required to vacate the property immediately.
▪️NO SMOKING – If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.
▪️NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.
▪️NO PARTIES – Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.
▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Permitted Occupancy is 12. Exceeding 12 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.
▪️PARKING – Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.
Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.
▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN – We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️NO LATE CHECK-OUT – If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. Thank you for understanding!
▪️COMMUNITY POOL – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
▪️SECURITY CAMERAS – Security cameras are actively recording the front of the home for compliance verification and the protection of the property. There are no cameras in the backyard or interior.
▪️PETS We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 dogs (only if house trained and well behaved). Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to arrival and pets must be listed on the reservation. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. There is also a non-refundable$200 pet fee.
▪️NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
▪️TRAVEL INSURANCE – We STRONGLY encourage TRAVEL INSURANCE if you are concerned a cancellation may be necessary. This will protect your reservation payment in case of illness, unforeseen emergencies, undesirable or severe weather, job or other life changes, or financial hardship that may cause you to cancel your stay. Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking. We also do not allow reservation date changes or postponements. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel, you are staying in our personal home. Please treat it with respect. We are always available via AirBNB messages.

Robert and Kourney’s place exceeded our expectations to say the least! The location is perfect to access the beach and restaurants around within Minutes, And the Golf Kart provided makes everything so much easier to access. Th e house is in pristine condition. We will definitely be back next time we visit Destin!

This home is one of the most beautiful and comfortable homes we’ve rented. First it’s extremely comfortable, from the beds to the living room to the patio, second it’s well stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, seasonings, trash bags, soap, etc. That is so important because you don’t want to have to supply or buy all that stuff after you arrive. You are truly renting a home and not just a showroom. We felt truly welcomed to this home. We would definitely stay here again.
