We had a great stay at Robert and Kortney’s place! Excellent location and every thing that we needed. The house was exactly as described. The golf cart was a great bonus to our trip. The hosts were super responsive and provided great communication. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.
We had the best stay at Robert & Kourtney’s place. The house was perfect for our family and it was well equipped with everything we needed. They literally thought of everything – extra paper towels, coffee pods, dishwasher & washing machine packs, etc! The only thing we couldn’t find was a blender but I messaged them and they had a brand new one on our porch within a few hours! We loved the location, the beach access, the heated pool and the golf cart was so fun! We plan to come back next year! Thank y’all!
Loved our stay at this house! The amenities were outstanding and had everything that we could’ve needed. Some restaurants nearby that can be reached by walking/golf cart. Beach was so close we could hear the ocean from the front porch. Pool was perfect too!
We had an amazing stay at this Destin Airbnb — it was perfect for our large family gathering! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the golf cart, beach chairs and umbrellas, and the easy private beach access just a short walk away.
The fenced-in pool was a huge bonus and great for both kids and adults to enjoy safely. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great local spots nearby.
We made so many great memories here and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Destin!
We loved our stay!! We are a family of 10 adults and 6 kids under 9. The house was perfect with lots of room to spread out. There is a game room upstairs that the kids could hang out that had plenty of games . The kitchen was fully equipped. There were lots of swim toys and beach toys for us to use. The beach was a 4 minute walk. We will definitely go back. We loved it
Absolute perfection! This was hands-down one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever stayed in. The property was stunning and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The hosts truly went above and beyond, thinking of every little detail to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We cannot recommend this place enough and are already planning our next visit!
Robert and Kourtney were incredible hosts, with a great home. The house itself was very clean, with super comfortable furniture and plenty of space for a large group. The benefits for cost were absolutely unbeatable – so many beds, a heated pool, the easiest walk to the beach, and an included golf cart, plus dedicated chairs on the beach! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone interested!

This place was amazing! My cousins and I decided on a week trip in Destin and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay at. Everything was super clean and it had everything we needed to cook plus the golf cart was an awesome plus! We loved taking the golf cart down to the beach which was close by. Definitely will be coming back again! 😊
Sandy Starfish is close to the beach and has a very homey, beach house feel. The provided beach chairs and beach wagons were a great amenity, all in excellent condition. The house is well stocked with household items just as the listing describes. The provided house link with helpful tips, things to do, house details, local eats was an amazing reference.
Our stay at the Sandy Starfish was phenomenal! It fit our party of 7 with ease. I cousont get my kids ages 4 and 8 out of the hotub and pool. The walk to the beach is so easy and the golf cart was also a game

We absolutely loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfy, the pool was amazing, the golf cart and beach toys and chairs were an added bonus. We didn’t want to leave and definitely plan to stay in the future. It was everything we wanted and more and more. The owners are so helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for better!!
The Blue Starfish was the perfect vacation home for our multigenerational family vacation. We had 9 family members ranging from 7 months to 60 years old as well as 2 dogs and this place was perfect for us. The bedrooms were spread out enough to give us all privacy. But probably the highlight for all of us was the backyard oasis. We spent more time there than we did at the beach. Thanks so much for an awesome time!
We loved Robert & Kourtney’s Coral Cabana!! It was a perfect home away from home! The location was great -short walk to the beach & very close to the pool! The home was decorated so beautifully! And they went above and beyond for local recommendations which is very helpful when you’re not familiar with the area! We had a wonderful family vacation & if we come back we will definitely check their houses out first!!!
The cottage was just as described, beautiful, charming and so close to the beach!! The beach was just a couple minutes walk. I had a couple of questions and Kourtney responded immediately and checked to make everything was going well!! I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to be back!!
Amazing rental!!! Besides the location and how close it is to the beach, how CLEAN everything was, it has everything you could ever need. I should’ve just brought clothes and my toothbrush. All new appliances, pots and pans, cutlery, plates and cups etc. Pantry. EVERYTHING! The outdoor shower is a lifesaver! We didn’t need to bring any beach gear, cooler, or anything. Just book it!!!

Robert and Kourtney were absolutely wonderful. They were very quick to respond and had the cutest little space! The bed was the MOST comfortable bed we have ever slept on and the sheets were super soft. The Magnolia came with everything we could have needed, including little things like q-tips, ziploc bags, and some snacks on arrival. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. We are definitely excited to come back!

Stay here! Seriously, you will not regret it. We loved staying here! The house, the area, the pool- all of it was amazing. My favorite thing about staying here was the communication with the owners. They were so fast at responding and so friendly! We also love the area the house is in. The neighborhood is very peaceful & very cute. We especially loved how there was no house across the street,(just an empty lot of trees & shrubs), so if we sat on the porch, it felt very private. The house had everything you need & is stunning! I fell in love with the house- the layout, the decor, just everything. The stained glass windows are everything! We actually spent most of our time in the pool & in the backyard having fun rather than at the beach like we intended. The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked every night & grilled! We rented the golf cart & I would say that is a must. We used it to get to the beach, to go shopping & to just ride around. So convenient! We will be back!!

This is the second time we have stayed @ Magnolia Charm. Absolutely love the location! They have added more amenities to the rental! Will definitely stay again. If I had to give one…ugh…it would have really nice to have an outside table umbrella. It was always way too sunny..😎…I know it’s the beach! LOL…to sit outside for any meals…. anytime…other than when it was dark.
I can understand why there probably isn’t an umbrella… It can be very windy…and some renters may not be aware and not care …then of course the umbrella would be ruined.
Would never prevent us from booking…which are actually looking at dates next year!
This home is beautiful and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and everyone had space. The pool was awesome and it is just one block from the beach. They have a wagon and everything you need to go to the beach. Bring your clothes and food. Everything is provided. It was a great family vacation for family members traveling from Texas and Florida. Robert and Kourtney were awesome!
The listing matched the property beyond measure. Nicest stocked kitchen accessories as we have found in the Airbnb stays, they had everything we needed. It was easy to find, all the communications were expedient. Close to the beach and local things to do. The pool is a nice touch for evening relaxing. We marked it as a favorite and will be staying again.

Very well appointed home. I have never stayed at an airbnb that had literally thought of everything you would need. It was extremely nice since we flew to have items already there. Appreciate the little things like soap, q-tip’s, plenty of shampoo and body wash in every bathroom of the house. The kitchen was well stocked to cook and for taking lunch to the beach. Also, there were beach chairs and plenty of sand toys. It was so nice to be so close to the beach while also feeling like you were in a quaint neighborhood. We couldn’t believe how large the home was and being able to accommodate all of our family. The home was extremely clean and we loved how well it was decorated. The upstairs bathroom is amazing! Game room was a hit with the kids and of course being able to watch fireworks from the top deck. We appreciated the comfortable beds and enough space for everyone to relax. I would highly recommend this home and would book again.
