Welcome to Tranquility! Located in the charming Crystal Beach neighborhood in Destin, this 3-story home features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with amazing gulf views. This spacious beach house is located directly across the beach on the highly desirable Scenic 98 and is just seconds to the beach access. The backyard features your own private (heated) pool and comes with a free 6 seater golf cart!

SWIMMING POOL:

As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

BACKYARD
-The fully fenced backyard has outdoor chairs and loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.

PARKING:
▶︎There is parking for 4 vehicles in the single lane driveway. We recommend you carpool to bring the minimum number of vehicles possible.

Parking extra vehicles at nearby parking lots are an option (all within a minute drive from the house). NO parking on the grass, streets, or sidewalks.

Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it. Any fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

* Please note: Guests will NOT have access to the garage.

Guest acknowledges that the property includes a private pool and stairs on the property. By accepting this reservation, Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and stairs.

★★SPRING BREAK – We do not rent to college students. The primary booker must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property the entire stay or you will be asked to leave without a refund.★★

★Due to our cleaner’s schedule and the popularity of the home, we are typically unable to accommodate any early check-in’s or late check-out’s.

Guest access
Guests get the entire house, private pool and backyard. Parking for 4 vehicles.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
***We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay. This will protect your reservation payment in case of illness, unforeseen emergencies, undesirable or severe weather, job or other life changes, or financial hardship that may cause you to cancel your stay. Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking. We also do not allow reservation date changes or postponements. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

Other things to note
Important Information:

▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT – Renter must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours after booking. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions.

▪️PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to student groups.

***Reservations made under false pretenses will be deemed cancelled by Guest. Access to property will be terminated and, if stay has commenced, guest will be required to vacate the property immediately.

▪️NO SMOKING – If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee.

▪️NOISE ORDINANCE – We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM – 8AM.

▪️NO PARTIES – Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us.

▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Permitted Occupancy is 16. Exceeding 16 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations.

▪️PARKING – Parking is available for 4 VEHICLES in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.

Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalks, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.

▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN – We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you. This is also our time for any maintenance on the property. Thank you for understanding!

▪️NO LATE CHECK-OUT – If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. Thank you for understanding!

▪️POOL – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

▪️SECURITY CAMERAS – Security cameras are actively recording the front entry of the home and the driveway for the protection of the property. There are no cameras in the backyard/pool area or interior views.

▪️NO REFUNDS – For weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

▪️TRAVEL INSURANCE – We STRONGLY encourage TRAVEL INSURANCE if you are concerned a cancellation may be necessary.

Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel, you are staying in our personal home. Please treat it with respect. We are always available via AirBNB messages.
